If the item doesn’t perform as expected during its lifespan and you purchased this coverage, we may replace it—covering the item cost only (shipping fees are excluded). Please note that misuse, normal wear and tear, or discontinuation of the product voids this warranty.
“Lifetime” means the period during which the product remains in production.

Attach the photo or video.
